These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Puurfect Parking app (the "Application"), developed by Majestic Toast ("Developer"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Application.

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Application may offer features available via a one-time in-app purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that the Developer does not handle payments or have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's then-current policies.

You are solely responsible for the information you create within the Application ("Content"). All Content is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your Content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Application.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
• Infringe on the Developer's intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

The Application, including its source code, design, graphics, and all other content (excluding your User-Generated Content), is the exclusive property of the Developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT a) THE APPLICATION WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; b) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; c) THE APPLICATION IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR d) THE RESULTS OF USING THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
